David Lacey

David Lacey is founder and Managing Director of IDCARE, the national joint public-private sector identity and cyber support community service. He has held senior executive roles across the Australian Government and industry within identity and cyber security, law enforcement and national security. He was the inaugural Chair of cyber security at the Institute of Cyber Investigations & Forensics at USC and is an active researcher in human-computer interaction, human factors and cyberpsychology. He has published widely on deception and scam compliance, fraud and information systems control and darknet markets. David is also the Chair of the IDCARE Foundation.
